The back of the photo quilt sent in by Marie Brooks 863 viewsThis photo quilt was for a 92 yr old lady given to her by her daughters. Her Mom died shortly after she was born and her Dad had to put her in the Jewish Orphanage in New Orleans, La (picture on the back of quilt of her graduating class) because he had to work. The white panels in the center was their wedding invitation. Needless to say it was a joy to make this quilt for them. - Marie Brooks, Pascagoula, Alabama admin

102 viewsHi Penny,
I have just very recently visited with my Sisters in Saskatchewan, Canada to produce this quilt for a future wedding gift, and want you to know we completed this quilt top in four days using your pattern and knowledge we have received from your web site. We are so excited about the completion after the four days of sewing and sharing with the cutting, sewing, figuring the cuts and measurements we used. It is now on its way to be quilted by a professional.
Thank you,
Eileen E and Dianne Bquilterpenny

Aiko B's Quilt53 viewsDEAR PENNY, I just wanted to share with you the 8 blocks stitched together of my 2010 BOM project. I chose some of your blocks plus other ideas from different sites to try. The patchwork was pieced together with machine and the embroidery and quilting were done by hand (pre-new sewing machine).
Aloha again, Aiko BquilterpennyMay 01, 2010
