How to Quilt>Seam Ripper for Quilting
Havel's Seam Ripper
This seam ripper has a very sharp curved blade and on a stainless handle and will cut even the heaviest of threads. The biggest challenge when using this seam ripper on seams in patchwork is to make sure you don’t cut through the fabric. With the gentlest of touches, you can rip an entire seam in no time at all. I have found that with practice, I am getting faster and better. Blades can be replaced easily by unscrewing the screw on the handle and each handle comes with a plastic cover for storage – it’s a good thing, otherwise, everything around this blade would have a hole or tear, it’s that sharp!
